From Newtown:
From State St. take Washington Ave. 1/2 mile (name changes to Newtown-Yardley Rd.) Our office is on the right in the Newtown Office Park, directly across from the Newtown Swim Club.
From Yardley/I-95 and Points East:
From I-95 go 1.2 miles and turn right onto Newtown-Yardley Road. Drive 1 mile. Our office is on the left in the Newtown Office Park, directly across from the Newtown Swim Club
From Langhorne and Points South:
Take 413 north, cross over the Newtown Bypass and stay on State Street. Make a Right at the second light onto Washington Ave. Take Washington Ave. 1.2 miles (Name changes to Newtown-Yardley Rd.) Our office is on the right in the Newtown Office Park, directly across from the Newtown Swim Club.
From Richboro and Points West:
Take 332 (Newtown-Richboro Rd.) East, cross-over the Newtown Bypass and stay straight until the dead-end (7-11 will be on right). Make a left onto Sycamore St. Make a right at first light onto Washington Ave. Take Washington Ave. 1.2 (name changes to Newtown-Yardley Road). Our office is on the right in the Newtown Office Park, directly across from the Newtown Swim Club.
From Wrightstown and Points North:
Take 413 South. Make a left onto Durham Rd. (Genuardi's Supermarket is in front of you). Take Durham Rd. until dead-end. Make a right onto Sycamore St. Make a left at second light onto Washington Ave. Take Washington Ave. 1.2 (name changes to Newtown-Yardley Road). Our office is on the right in the Newtown Office Park, directly across from the Newtown Swim Club.

From York Road/Route 263 North, cross Almshouse Road. Make the first left after the median strip into Commonwydds at 2370 York Road. Suite G-2 is the first building on the right, attached to the U.S. Post Office.
From Richboro and Points East:
Take Almshouse Road/Route 332 West; stay on Almshouse (straight), past Jacksonville Road. Make a right onto York Road/Route 263 North. Make the first left after the median strip into Commonwydds at 2370 York Road. Suite G-2 is the first building on the right, attached to the U.S. Post Office.
From Warminster and Points South:
From Street Road/Route 132, take York Road/Route 263 North. Cross Bristol Road, and continue on York Road. Cross Almshouse Road and make the first left after the median strip into Commonwydds at 2370 York Road. Suite G-2 is the first building on the right, attached to the U.S. Post Office.
Take Bristol Road East. Cross Upper State Road, Lower State Road and Easton Road/Route 611. Continue on Bristol Road, and make a left onto York Road/Route 263 North. Make the first left after the median strip into Commonwydds at 2370 York Road. Suite G-2 is the first building on the right, attached to the U.S. Post Office.
From Doylestown/Buckingham and Points North:
Take York Road/Route 263 South, past Swamp Road, Sugar Bottom Road, and the Bucks County Country Club. Make a right into Commonwydds (before the light at Almshouse Road) at 2370 York Road; suite G-2 is the first building on the right, attached to the U.S. Post Office.
